Abstract
We study the implications of R-parity-violating () Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) in lepton polarization asymmetry (ALP) in B→l+l- decays. The analysis shows that the ALP is significant only in a certain phenomenological parametric region of Yukawa coupling products and branching fraction. The analysis further shows how tanβ arising from type-II Higgs Doublet Model (2HDM) is constrained in the presence of Yukawa interactions.
