Abstract

The relaxation dynamics of the bending modes of rigid polymer vesicles have been studied by ultrafast (2 kfps) flickering videomicroscopy. The results reveal an anomalous relaxation characterised by stretched-exponential autocorrelation functions. A subdiffusive dynamics has been evidenced from the analysis of the Brownian trajectories of the fluctuation modes.
