The magnitudes of the sodium-ion diffusion coefficient (D) were evaluated 2π times smaller than the actual values. So all the D values in the manuscript should be multiplied by 2π. Corrected magnitudes are listed in Table I. The vertical axes of Figs. 3(d) and 4(b) should be corrected as follows.
