Erratum: Top-down silicon microcantilever with coupled bottom-up silicon nanowire for enhanced mass resolution (2015 Nanotechnology 26 145502)

Due to an error during production, some corrections were not made to the final version of the paper. In the Theoretical analysis section of page 4, lines 3 to 7 of the left column should read: where ${{a}_{{{c}_{n}}}}{\rm cos} (\Omega t-\gamma ){{\phi }_{n}}(s)$ is the displacement from the equilibrium position before nonlinearities arise, i.e., ${{a}_{{{c}_{n}}}}{{\phi }_{n}}$ is the critical amplitude, and $\langle {{q}_{{{d}_{{{c}_{n}}}}}}\rangle$ is the root mean square (rms) of the temporal part of this critical motion $\langle {{q}_{{{d}_{{{c}_{n}}}}}}\rangle ={{a}_{{{c}_{n}}}}/\sqrt{2}$.

In addition, there is an error in the label of the vertical axis in figure 6. The correct version is below.
